At Seattle Vape Wholesale , we value all of our customers and make customer satisfaction our highest priority. We understand that sometimes products get mishandled during delivery or may arrive defective. That’s why at Seattle Vape Wholesale, we ensure that your fulfillment with our products are met with our exceptional Return & Credit Policy.

ONLINE ORDER PICK UP

All orders not picked within 48 hours of being submitted that have not been paid will be CANCELLED.


RETURN & CREDIT


All returns on products, (new/unopened, damaged or defective), must be made within 30 calendar days after the shipped tracking date of your product(s). All returned products to our warehouse will be inspected by a respective Seattle Vape Wholesale representative. If your product is deemed defective, damaged or if you received the wrong product, we will gladly ship you a new product (if available) or issue a credit to your account. Seattle Vape Wholesale does not accept returns on E-Liquids. Due to subjectivity in taste and personal preferences, we are unable to return, exchange or refund any E-Liquids. All E-Liquid sales are FINAL.


Returns must include all items that come with your product(s). This includes, but is not limited to, starter kits and products that come as sets. Please include the packaging that your product(s) came in when making a return. In addition, it is important that returned products are packaged carefully to avoid any damages during transit. Seattle Vape Wholesale is not responsible for products that become damaged during transit due to improper packaging.


Products that become damaged in your possession because of mishandling, misuse or improper care are not covered by Seattle Vape Wholesale. Therefore, we cannot issue a credit to your account or send you a new product if this occurs. If you receive products that you do not know how to use, please follow the care instructions carefully, visit our website atwww.SeattleVapeWholesale.com for more information on your products, or call our Customer Service department.

In addition, the cost for return shipping by the customer is non-refundable. Only if you received the wrong product(s) or your product(s) is damaged upon arrival, Seattle Vape Wholesale will pre-pay for the return shipping.

  1. Log into your store, then go toMy Account.

 

  1. ClickCompleted to see a list of all completed orders.

 

  1. Find the order they wish to return, then clickReturn Item(s) next to View Order Details.

 

  1. Fill out the following items on the return request:
  • Quantity to return
  • Return reason
  • Return action
  • Comments

 

  1. Click Submit Return Request.

When a return request is submitted, a notification email is delivered to the email address specified in your account and you will receive a confirmation email.

WHERE TO RETURN YOUR PRODUCT(S)


Securely pack your merchandise in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, contact information and RA number (provided on the confirmation email sent after you complete the request) and ship to the following address:

Please allow 2-7 business days after arrival in our warehouse, for our returns department to inspect and process your return. Upon completion, your account to be credited and the amount will appear on your statement.
